We welcome both self-pay patients and those with commercial insurance plans through Cigna, Aetna, and United Healthcare in California, Nevada, and Colorado.

For patients in California, we are in-network with Anthem Blue Cross.
For patients in Nevada and Colorado, we are in-network with Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield.

All insurance verification and payments are securely processed through our trusted third-party partners, Hello Alma and Headway.

If we are out of network with your insurance, or if you prefer to pay out of pocket, you may schedule directly through Hello Alma’s secure platform using the link below.

Please note: We are not currently able to provide services for Medicaid or Medicare patients.
