We are currently in-network with Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, and UnitedHealthcare/Optum, serving patients in California, Colorado, and Nevada. Insurance benefits and coverage vary by plan, and eligibility will be verified prior to your first appointment whenever possible.
Please note that we are not enrolled as a Medicare or Medicaid provider. Due to federal regulations, we are unable to accept cash-pay patients who are beneficiaries of Medicare or Medicaid, even if they wish to pay out of pocket for services.
