Founded in the Sierra Mountains of Lake Tahoe, California in 2022, we believe it’s essential to invest in your mental health in order to enjoy a life full of joy, gratitude, and satisfaction. It’s this belief that guides our approach, via telemedicine, where you can enjoy your visits from the comfort of your own space.

About Me
I am a dual-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with experience in both family medicine and psychiatry. Over the past 20 years, I’ve worked as a registered nurse and have spent the last 9 years practicing as a nurse practitioner, providing integrative, compassionate care to individuals and families.

I hold a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a focus in Nurse Administration and Leadership from Old Dominion University, a Post-Master’s Certificate as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Vanderbilt University, and a Post-Master’s Certificate as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from the University of Nevada, Reno. I am also pursuing certification through the Institute for Functional Medicine to expand my holistic and root-cause–focused approach to care.

With a deep understanding of the many factors that influence health and wellbeing, I use an integrative framework to guide every visit. This allows me to tailor treatment plans to each patient’s unique needs—addressing the physical, emotional, and lifestyle components that contribute to lasting wellness.
